Mattie alert

Daddy's trying to copy Mattie's facial expression in this picture. The other picture is of Mattie and I before church on Father's day. Daddy had to work, but we took him dinner to work the night before. It was an adventure, because Mattie hates to ride in the back seat by herself. Daddy also celebrated his first Father's day with his parents and grandparents on Friday. I will be posting those pictures later.

Mattie and Aunt Amy.....

After looking at my pictures from our trip to Athens I now realize I did not get a picture of Nana and Mattie. Nana did good avoiding the camera, she is not a fan of pictures.

Mattie went to Athens for a week to visit her Nana, Aunt Amy, Aunt Carolene, and cousins Mckenzie and Haley. Haley had fun taking Mattie's passy! Just wait Haley, Mattie will learn to grab yours soon too! McKenzie was excited to have "two babies"! She was sweet to Mattie when she was crying in the car by telling Mattie "it be ok don't cry". When McKenzie saw Uncle Matt she told him "Mattie cry a lot."Here are some pictures from her trip! Don't worry Mattie did not mind Haley grabbing her hair. She had a lot of fun visiting with Pee Paw, Aunt Kay and Uncle Jerry, and her friends Rachel and David. Mommy learned from this trip that Mattie does not like to get HOT and baths can always calm a fussy Mattie.

Mattie misses her family a lot, and she can't wait to visit with them soon!

John and Jackie came to visit Mattie on her first Easter. Puga Ann wanted some attention too!

Look at these cute pictures. One is of Aunt Carolene and Uncle Brandon. They are a cute couple! I am posting these pictures, because today I took the picture of Mattie with the pink bow. She is so cute and happy! She had her 2 month appointment Friday and weighs 11lbs10 oz. She is in the 75th percentile for her weight and her length is 24 1/2 inches. She is in the 97th percentile for her length. Hmmm... Maybe she will be tall! That would be nice! She could be our basketball star.
